Future Plans

The mega project of Club House Block is under fast progress with Basement, Ground Floor and three floors on the above. We will be able to have adequate Parking space, Conference Halls, Cards Room, Lounges, Library, Multipurpose Halls, Home Theatre VIP Cabins, and Administrative Blocks with Individual chambers for the heads of the Executive Committee and many other spacious comforts after the completion of this project. The work is being executed by the widely reputed consolidated construction consortium CCC of (L&T).

Health Club

Health Club Interior Decoration
Complete Teak Wood Cornish and Beedings Plywood Panelling with lamination and superior Quality Wall Papers, Soft Board for display. Full size modi guard mirrors, Flexiwood Flooring works undertaken

Health Club Change Room
Brink Wall construction, plastering ceramic wall tiles , antiskid tiles for floor, Jaguar/ Florentine pluming and sanitary fittings completed.

TV for Health Club
Sony Flat TV 29'' provide for the Health Club.

Swimming Pool

Civil works consisting of 1550 sq.ft. Floor area, 3 to 4 feet water depth with 6 no. Skimmers and water drain floor and sidewall finished with Bissaza tiles. Granite covered landing steps, Electrical fittings, Bullnosed Sirastone laid all around the swimming pool, provide plumbing and electrical line at required places, this grade fiber glass European make sand filter with filter media provided for filtering the pool water. Pressure gauge, relief valve, Kirloskar make 3 HP Recirculation pump provided.

Toddler's Pool
On 133 sq.ft. Floor area, skimmer, plumbing and electrical lines, floor and side wall with Bissaza tiles, Bullnosed Rough polished sira stone provided all round the pool.

Filtration room
Constructed with brick wall, RCC Roof, outer surface sira stone cladding and stecko paint finish, plumbing lines, electrical wiring and lamp M.S.Rolling shutter fitted.

Deck Area
Excavating and lifting of excess earth, providing and laying of pcc 1:4:8, purchase and fixing of European Tiles 2053 sq.ft. laying of sira Stone Border, Water Drainage, Sump Plumbing, External Shower with Granite claded pillar works completed.

Change Room Civil Works
Demolition of existing setup, 1200 sq.ft. construction of change rooms, Bath Room, Toilets, Urinals and Wash Basin, Wall Cladding by White Ceramic tiles. Antiskid Floor tiles, 'Z' Block granite Border and skirting, 'Z' Block wash basin slab, POP cornists finishing for ceiling.

Change Room Plumbing and Sanitary
Hindware/Parryware Urinals, wash Basins, W.C. Galvanized Iron plumbing pipes, PVC Drainage pipes, Jaguar/Florentine Sanitary & Plumbing Fittings provided.

Aluminum Doors for change Room
Main entrance doors for Change Rooms, Toilets, Both Room & Change Room Doors, Ventilators with Louvers.

Change Room Lockers
Provided 4 NO. Safety lockers fabricated out of steel.

Change Room Electrical Installation
Electrical Wiring done, Exhaust Fan, Smite Kids Electrical Fittings Roma make, 2 unipro make electrical lamps fitted.
